8 Certain Ways to Beat Jet Lag
1. Book your flight strategically
    To minimize Jet Lag, if you are flying west, book an afternoon    
    flight. If you are flying east, book the morning flight.
2. Shift your time for long trips
    A few days before you leave, try to go to bed one hour earlier or later 
    each day and also move your mealtimes.
3. Adjust your watch
    Adjust your watch to your destination's local time. This will help 
    you mentally prepare before you land.
4. Drink lots of water
    Not drinking enough water will leave you with a headache and dry skin. 
    Drink as much water or herbal tea as you can.
5. Curtail coffee
    For 12 hours before flight, avoid overeating and caffeine. 
    It makes you wake up more often.  
6. Try to eat light meals
    During the flight, it is necessary to eat the provided food, 
    but try to resist eating too much.
7. Sleep on the plane
    Bring an eye mask, earplugs and try to unplug from what's happening around    
     you.
8. Take a warm bath
    After a long flight, draw yourself a warm bath when you get to the hotel 
    and treat yourself to some quiet time. If there isn't tub, drink a warm cup of tea.

       The praying mantis is named for its prominent front legs, which are bent and held together at an angle that suggest the position of prayers. Mantis refer to the genus mantis. The larger group of these insects is more properly called the praying mantis.          
       By any name, these fascinating insect are formidable predators. They have triangular head poised on a long "neck," or elongated thorax. Mantis can turn their heads 180 degrees to scan their surrounding with two large compound eyes and three other simple eyes located between them.
        A mantis has four legs meant for walking. It can catch other insects with its strong large front legs. The front legs are lined with spike and close in a certain way to have a firm grip on the prey. Praying mantis exclusively eat other insects by catching them with their forelegs. They do not use poison but eat the prey alive while they hold it firmly.
      There are about 2300 species for praying mantis described. They occur on every continent except on Antarctica. In Northern Europe they do not occur. In Europe, many people see their first praying mantis on holiday in Spain or France. In the United States, praying mantis can be found in almost any state. But the most extraordinary species and highest number of species can only be found in the tropical forest of South America, Africa and Asia.

         Long time ago, a couple lived happily in a village. They had two children, the son's name was Tare Iluh and the daughter name's was Beru Sibou, stayed at their uncle's house.
        Those kids grew into adults. Tare Iluh went to another village. He wanted to make money in a short time, gambling was the answer. At first, he won some money. He was so happy and use all the money. Sadly, he lost. He borrowed some money until he had a lot of debts. The village asked him to pay the debts, but he could not. They put him into the jail! In the mean time. Beru Sibou was worried him. She knew her brother was the jail. She wanted to meet him.
       Beru Sibou did not know they way to the village. She met an old man and he knew her brother was in jail. He suggested Beru to climb a high tree and sang a song about him. Her brother might hear her song. Then she climbed a high tree and sang a song. But no body listened to the song. Beru Sibeu was frustrated.
      Then, she prayed to God. "God, I am willing to pray my brother debts. I will pay with my tear, my hair and all parts of my body can be used by villagers. But please free my brother." Right after praying, heavy storm attacked her. Beu Sibou changed into three. All parts of tree were useful. Her tear changed into sweet water. Her hair changed into very strong leaves. People can use them as roofs of their houses. The fruit of the tree named kolang kaling are very delicious. People in other villages name it as pohon aren.

Last year my family move to Nepal. My father is a doctor. And he has to work in  the local hospital in this country.
